We count automated stock in medium-sized to larger warehouses. We do this quickly and accurately. Our clever App and the staff conducting the counts are our most important tools for this. You can choose whether a count is fully conducted by our team, or a supervised deployment of your own staff to capture inventory digitally.
Proper preparation is half the battle. We will determine the optimal counting methodology and routing upfront using the specific layout of your warehouse.
During the count we will audit the differences between counting and what you have in your books using an export from the current stock list.
Apart from a layout of the warehouse, we will ask you for a full list from your operating system, including all LPNs which should be present in the warehouse at that particular time. By entering the layout and the current stock into the APP, we can work based on rejection. It allows us to recognise any goods in the wrong location immediately, and then mark them for recount or adjustment afterwards.
A count usually involves extra work pressure on your staff.
This can be prevented by deploying Inventory Team. Our team alternately consists of a steady team, supplemented by local staff. This depends on the location of your warehouse.
We therefore either supervise your staff or deploy our full team. The choice is yours.
After preparation, it is time for the count using our clever app. Someone from Inventory Team will always be present during the count. So you can be assured of onsite assistance.
The count can be conducted outside working hours or peak times if required, to assure operations are not affected.
The results of the count will be exported immediately as soon as it has been completed. You can then process them immediately or import them into your operating system.
Using this method your stock will be visible on the screen in tidy diagrams and tables very quickly without lengthy processing.
After the count, the results will be available in our online software immediately. These results can be displayed and exported immediately. We will supply a standard export file in xls or csv format which can be used for upload into your operating system.
We can also work with your ICT department to read the results into your operation system directly. Your system should be able to process such an import. Whether you use an API or work with EDI messages, we can look after the import for you.
